Factory Reloaded is a research and exhibition project on industrial buildings in Turkey within the scope of the 3rd Istanbul Design Biennial organized by the Istanbul Foundation for Culture and Arts – İKSV entitled “Are We Human? The Design of the Species – 2 seconds, 2 days, 2 years, 200 years, 200,000 years”. The 3rd Istanbul Design Biennial has been curated by Beatriz Colomina and Mark Wigley and it run from 22 October to 20 November 2016.
Factory Reloaded is one of the 13 headings of the “Design Chronology Turkey | Draft”, a platform that focuses on the 200 years of history of design in Turkey, developed and coordinated by Pelin Derviş and exhibited at Studio-X Istanbul.
